A very friendly and lovely place to stay , we have spent a week at sarah`s b&b.The breakfast was superb and the rooms are beautifull and clean .We took our dog bumble with us and sarah and her family were very welcoming of his needs and ours.Thanks for having us x x x see you all again x x x

stayed at sarahs a few weeks ago, its very cheap but clean and very good value for money,we would recommend staying at sarahs b+b.thanks again.

I stayed here with my two year old daughter and could not give enough praise for this family run b+b. Excellent value and best priced b and bs in yarmouth, Sarah made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived by asking if we wanted a drink and brought this to the room, the room was clean spacious and very comfy! An excellent full english breakfast was provided in the morning , very friendly, excellent value for money and a great location will definatly stay here again ! :)

Had a lovely stay here earlier in the year, was very quiet at night, owner was very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was lovely, best price we found that any where else. Just what we needed!!

an excellent and very enjoyable stay is guaranteed at this lovely b&b sarah terry from the moment we arrived to moment we left could not do more to help us and be hospitabal (they had to be has i broke a wardrobe 2 mins into my stay lol)rooms are clean and comfortable breakfast is always cooked nice and if you ask nicely terry will cut the fat off your bacon terry and sarah are two lovely and easy going people who are certainly the best hosts that i have ever stayed with i cannot do anything but fully recommend this b&b to everyone ps when do i get me £10 for saying this terry lol 100% guaranteed good stay

Stayed on the 26th April in the Primrose Family Bedroom, it was wonderful, really nice and clean and ideal for my two kids. Sarah was very welcoming, lovely, friendly and very helpful, will definitly be staying in Sarah's B&B again when i visit next, Thanks for everything Sarah x

What a lovely family, they made us feel at home. The house is very clean and Terry and Sarah were very helpful and what a lovely breakfast.

We stayed a few weeks ago and stayed in the primrose room it was lovely with its two double beds and the fridge was handy. The ensuite bathroom was lovely with a bath in it, handy for the kids. The kids loved the breakfast, because the breakfast is so big.

Had a great stay what a big breakfast. Terry and Sarah are so nice and helpful, and the rooms are very clean. Will come back soon
